We're on the lookout for an HSE Officer who can wrangle health, safety, and environmental policies like a pro, ensuring that everything (and everyone) stays in one piece.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making sure our SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies don't just exist but are actually followed—no shortcuts, no excuses. Ensuring that incidents and accidents are reported faster than office gossip spreads. Keeping our records so organized they'd put Marie Kondo to shame. Making sure our business vision, mission, and values are more than just fancy words on a PowerPoint slide. Working with clients to implement safety initiatives—because safety is everyone's business!
What We're Looking For:
A formal Health & Safety / Environmental qualification (because Google searches don't count). Communication skills that can convince anyone that safety is cool. IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint—yes, PowerPoint too, because slides save lives). Organizational skills so sharp you schedule your lunch breaks a week in advance. The ability to work well with others, whether face-to-face or via email or Teams. Proactive problem-solving skills—because waiting for problems to solve themselves never ends well. Experience in a similar role (2+ years preferred—because we don't want you learning on the job when it comes to safety). Internal Auditor experience—because checking boxes is an art form.
