Coordinate and maintain Organisational Management Systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) to ensure the effective management of Health, Safety and Environment matters at key manufacturing locations. Responsible for planning, managing, and completing the Health and Safety Inspection. Publish and review RAMS to maintain Risk Management within site operations. Conduct and participate in the Auditing Process for site operations, including manufacturing and client-based installation sites, to ensure compliance with requirements. Communicate and maintain Organisational Policies and Metrics pertaining to site works. Proactively work with operational teams to ensure that HSE is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified. Promote ownership and a positive HSE culture. Monitor and measure HSE objectives and targets in line with internal metrics. Ensure compliance assurance in line with client, legislation, and best practices. Identify all health and safety-related risks and issues across Anord Mardix sites and assist in the design and arrangements necessary for remedial actions. Contribute to reporting or resolving incidents, near misses, and accidents via internal reporting systems. Manage, mentor, and coach the Site Services Team to HSE requirements and norms. Training and Qualifications NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a Health & Safety role within a Manufacturing and/or Engineering role. Extensive knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, ISO 45001:2018, relevant standards, and other relevant legislation. Skill Requirements Fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives. High level of organisation with efficient and thorough methods of working. Full driving licence is essential as travel between sites is required.
