We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Community, & Compliance Director

to lead and inspire in the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEC strategies and policies for our client. This pivotal role ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for health, safety, environment, quality, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement in HSEC and embed a positive culture throughout the organisation. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee risk management processes and ensure the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System (EMS). Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities. Lead the development and motivation of the HSEC team to achieve operational excellence. Manage ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) and uphold Enterprise Risk Management frameworks. Ensure proper reporting, investigation, and documentation of safety and environmental incidents. Deliver training programs to promote safety awareness and capability. Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in health, safety, environment, and compliance management. Strong knowledge of COMAH, DSEAR, and other relevant regulations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage ISO certification and integrated management systems. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and enforcing authorities.
