Danny Sullivan Group are searching for HSEQ Advisors to work on a project in Gatwick, Surrey.
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of the basics of HSEQ and how it can be applied to projects.
Responsibilities:
Display a positive HSEQ culture and assist the HSEQ Lead in evaluating and enhancing company processes. Provide guidance and support to employees on HSEQ's best practices, encouraging responsibility and commitment throughout the organization. Assist in identifying hazards for new contracts and collaborate with contractors and site managers to implement safety measures. Contribute to the development of HSEQ management plans, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance through regular site inspections. Keep detailed records and assist in training employees on health, safety, and environmental protocols. Compile quarterly HSEQ reports, conduct regular site visits, and maintain communication with relevant authorities and professional organizations. Experience/Qualifications:
Valid CSCS card. NEBOSH General. Relevant degree. IOSH membership. Basic knowledge and understanding of Civil works in a construction environment.
