Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Advisor on a permanent basis, to be located in West Cumbria.
Profile: As a QHSE Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Implementing the integrated business management system. Identifying and minimising the risk of accidents. Working with the QHSE team to develop key business improvements. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and codes of practice applicable to the company's business. Ensuring operational managers and personnel have the appropriate technical competence to work safely.
Qualifications: An understanding of Facilities Management. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent. Environmental waste management qualification or equivalent. Possess detailed knowledge of risk assessment and auditing (ISO 45001). A career background in nuclear, pharmaceutical or chemical or regulated industries would be advantageous.
