Assist in the maintenance of the company's HSEQ management systems. Assist in the development of HSEQ policies, processes, and guidelines. Act as the HSEQ first point of contact for specified departments. Develop communications to support HSEQ initiatives. Provide advice to the business on HSEQ matters e.g., fire, hazardous substances, waste management, work equipment, occupational health, reportable incidents. Conduct investigations into incidents to establish causation and corrective measures. Assist in the development and testing of emergency arrangements. Maintain current knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements related to HSEQ matters and assist in the maintenance of the company's legal registers. Conduct internal HSEQ audits and facilitate third-party audits of the company's HSEQ management systems. Conduct inductions and supervision of permits to work. Provide advice to the business on management of non-conformance. Monitor HSEQ KPIs. Manage incident reporting. Conduct HSEQ audits and inspections. Liaise with other business departments on matters relating to HSEQ. Conduct incident investigations. Maintain legal registers. Develop policies and procedures. Prepare and update emergency response procedures and accident reports. Undertake surveys using equipment to assess risks to health e.g., noise surveys. Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in OHS or equivalent. Internal Auditor qualification. Evidence of continued professional development. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Membership of IOSH.
