Job Description Implement and manage HSE systems and policies. Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant HSE legislation. Conduct regular site inspections and audits with the field service engineers. Develop and conduct HSE training sessions for employees. Investigate any HSE incidents and implement corrective measures. Maintain and update HSE documentation and reports. Liaise with external HSE agencies and bodies. Promote a positive HSE culture within the company. The Successful Applicant A successful QHSE Manager should have: A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field would be beneficial. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector. NEBOSH qualification. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards. Experience managing quality standards. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting systems. What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £40-45k per year, plus a £6,000 car allowance.
