HSEQ Manager The Opportunity Join our team as an HSEQ Manager, where you'll ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards while fostering a culture of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in driving compliance with regulations, implementing ISO certifications, and promoting sustainability across our operations. Key Responsibilities As the HSEQ Manager, you will develop and oversee the organisation's HSEQ strategies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). You will lead the implementation and auditing of management systems, maintain certifications, and monitor risk through assessments and mitigation strategies. Your role will include delivering training to employees, investigating incidents using Quentic (our H&S platform), and preparing performance reports for senior management. By driving continuous improvement, you'll identify opportunities to enhance safety, sustainability, and efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and standards, with experience managing ISO processes. Familiarity with ground support equipment or vehicle maintenance environments is desirable but not essential. You should have at least 5 years of HSEQ management experience, preferably in aviation or similar high-risk industries, along with NEBOSH or IOSH certification. A bachelor's degree in health and safety is desirable. You'll need excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve HSEQ goals.
