Manager Legionella & Water Treatment: Monitoring and auditing cooling tower systems and water treatment programmes Conduct regular onsite inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance with company policies, and ensure corrective actions are agreed with area operational management and the HSEQ Director Generate reports and site information as and when required Auditing site records, logbook, monitoring regimes and plant and equipment Monitoring water treatment programmes for commercial and industrial water systems Assist in the arrangement of specific training requirements and ensure completion of refresher training for all relevant personnel. Create site specific RAMs Assist the HSEQ Director to manage health & safety to ensure that all legal requirements are complied with Carry out investigations into accidents and dangerous occurrences as required and establish true cause and make recommendations to prevent recurrences Produce correspondence, technical reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental management systems Ensure compliance with the health and safety, quality and environmental management systems Ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and consumables with due consideration of environmental requirements Provide information as required by the area operational departments and HSEQ Director Liaise with customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure all procedures are carried out in line with the agreed requirements The requirements for the HSEQ Manager Legionella & Water Treatment: Experience & knowledge of servicing secondary water treatment systems (domestic systems), performing cooling tower and cooling water service work (including C&D works), boiler water treatment and control, managing domestic water systems & maintaining closed loop water systems A comprehensive understanding of the legionella compliance industry Good knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG 274, HTM04-01 IOSH certification (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) desirable Conversant with ACoP L8 and other relevant guidelines A full & ideally clean UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the UK & stay away from home when needed Salary & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary DOE 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays Pension Overtime & Travel Pay Company sick pay scheme & pension Vehicle for private us Ongoing career progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding business, including access to industry-relevant training and professional development programmes To be considered for this role you must have full right to work in the UK.
