This is a 4 week contract. The contractor should be HubSpot Certified and have deep experience with HubSpot implementations, in particular Sales Hub, with a proven record of their work - with references. BrightLocal is already set up and using HubSpot (Marketing Hub), with many of the initial sales-related integrations set up, including Pipedrive, Calendly, and Trumpet, with all new deals now created via HubSpot workflows and mapped to Pipedrive. The project will cover: Process & Journey Mapping
Running discovery sessions with both the Sales and SDR teams to understand and map out existing processes and pipeline stages, and identify areas for improvement. Customization and Integrations
Building out the new Sales Pipeline and Prospecting process. Create custom properties, workflows, and automation where needed. Configuration of deal pipeline rules and approvals. Product Library Creation/Product Catalog
Line items + a requirement of 3 x types of revenue: SaaS, Citation Service, and Local SEO Services. Setting Up HubSpot Calling Feature
Playbooks, Task Routing, and Lead Scoring
Where required. Sales Workspace and Record Customization
Customizing the views across different objects for SDR and Sales teams. Reporting & Dashboards
Setting up all reporting and dashboard requirements, including but not limited to: Revenue attribution Forecasting - forecast categories and setup of goals and quotas for sales team Web analytics Custom reporting based on key business requirements SDR Dashboard, AE Dashboard, Sales Manager Dashboard + Top Level Dashboard. Training
Onboarding and training the SDR team, helping set up sequences, tasks, and automations. Onboarding and training the Sales team on Sales Hub. This will be a 4 week long contract, ideally with weekly visits to our Brighton office.
