Omega Resource are looking for a versatile and capable Human Factors Engineer to deliver on concepting, research, and development activities. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a real passion and enthusiasm for the human factor and to meet the challenges of integrating into hi-tech projects with a diverse range of military personnel. Experience applying Human Factors in the development of complex systems is essential, which includes conduct of Human Factors Integration and Human Centered Design processes, right through to the development lifecycle, and analysis, following on to assessment of the role of the human in complex systems, physical ergonomics, and integration into workspaces. UI/UX prototyping and design is advantageous. You: Proven understanding and experience of the application of Human Factors Integration & Human Factors Engineering Relevant Engineering or Science based Degree Good understanding of Systems Engineering and disciplines who interact with Human Factors (Supportability, Training, Safety, Equipment) Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (desired) Us: A team recognised by UK MoD as a leader in the delivery of Human Factors Integration. Alongside core projects you will also have the opportunity to conduct internally and externally funded research packages. This variety in project work will enable you to develop both the breadth and depth of your HF skillset.
