We are seeking a

HR Admin Assistant

for a leading food manufacturer business based in Lincolnshire. The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions within the company. This includes maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in HR systems and procedures. Responsibilities include:

HR administration and general queries covering all stages of the employee lifecycle. Filing and data inputting. Prepare and process HR documentation such as references, offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and schedule meetings on behalf of the HR team. Manage the HR department's general email inbox and respond to routine inquiries. Maintenance of employee records to ensure data is kept up to date and accurate. Administer leave requests and ensure that they comply with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure all HR queries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Help to promote a positive workplace environment by supporting HR initiatives and company culture. Provide support to the wider HR when required. Skills required:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices. What’s in it for you:
