The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive support to the HR function and employees by managing administrative tasks related to human resources. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations, contributing to a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes. Responsibilities typically include: Handling employee records. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training. Maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures. Serving as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries. Supporting the implementation of HR programs. Assisting in fostering a productive, well-organised, and compliant workplace environment. Qualifications

Formal qualification at a minimum of HND level in a relevant Business subject or working towards a CIPD qualification is desirable. Proficient in the use of MS Office packages and relevant computer systems is essential. Demonstrable experience in a similar HR administrative role in the Energy Industry is desirable. Recruitment and training administrative experience is beneficial. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality standards of work is essential. Resourcefulness and excellent time management skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels are essential. Demonstrable skills in adapting to change and promoting behaviours that meet the organisation’s aims and values are essential. Enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude towards work is essential. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
