We are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our small, hands-on team within the People Directorate at Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Our team consists of our Head of HR, 2 HRBPs, an EDI Officer, 2 HR Advisors (including this one), and an HR Administrator, it’s a small team so you will always be busy, supported and challenged.
We need someone with experience working in providing ER (based on UK employment law) advice ideally in an organisation like the NHS (complex, unionised or public sector environment). You will also have experience of developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures or in developing OD/L&D successful interventions and be very comfortable with technology and digital solutions including MS Office and HRIS use. The HR Advisors lead on ER case work, policy development, advising managers and dealing with queries from colleagues at all levels, whilst supporting service development and improvement, Business Partners to deliver organisational change programmes and Organisational Development interventions.
This role is open to hybrid working with requirements to regularly attend ICB bases at Shire Hall, Warwick and Parkside House, Coventry.
This role is a part-time role for 24 hours a week. The team is open to supporting a variety of arrangements for these 24 hours, however regular Friday working is likely to be required.

Candidates should be very comfortable with all Microsoft tools and in using a variety of HRIS. You have experience working in HR providing ER advice within a complex, unionised environment along with experience of developing, reviewing and implementing policies/procedures and an understanding of how HR operates in the NHS. A demonstrable dedication of EDI and to HR related CPD is also essential.
