H9 Human Resources are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our clients People Team as a HR Advisor on a 6-month contract within a large, dynamic organization. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in ER, who can bring a supportive and people-centred approach to guiding managers through complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of Employee Relations cases, providing practical and empathetic support to Practice Managers
- Offer coaching and hands-on guidance, adopting a non-corporate, collaborative approach
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, leveraging autonomy to make informed, impactful decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, ideally in a large, complex organization
- Confident in working autonomously, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with a supportive and empathetic approach
