HR Advisor
to join their client based in Cardiff, on a hybrid working basis. This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual to progress in their career and to support the Technical Services Division for this well-established organisation. The right candidate will be able to work with a challenging workload and be prepared to travel across the country when required. Key responsibilities will include: Support the Senior HR Business Partners with projects and onboarding Manage disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, sickness absence and more Support managers with HR policies and provide advice and guidance on HR issues Collaborate with the Recruitment Team in understanding requirements for the business Manage and maintain contracts and other employee information Ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the company's evolving needs The ideal candidate will have experience within an HR organisation and must have dealt with a variety of complex Employee Relation cases as well as a relevant HR qualification. The individual will have the ability to maintain strong relationships and have excellent communication skills. The willingness to learn and progress is also key in this exciting role.
