Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our Edinburgh based client with sourcing an HR Advisor to join their team. You would be working as part of a small HR Team covering all generalist areas of HR in a hands-on role. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career, looking for an opportunity to learn and develop. Key responsibilities: Supporting with all HR Administration Onboarding new starters Using Excel to pull data and present to support decision making Supporting with Employee Relations casework Contributing to HR Projects Tracking sickness/absence and running review meetings If you are looking for a hands-on role, working as part of a small organisation, in a supportive team, with the opportunity to support across all areas of HR then get in touch.
