As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key member of the team, delivering high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse client base. You’ll thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment where career growth is a priority, and no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored HR and Employment Law advice to clients across various industries. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist the HR team with workload management during busy periods. Stay informed on the latest legislative changes and their impact on HR practices. Maintain accurate client records and draft HR documents. Take ownership of client cases, ensuring resolution is achieved. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support. About You:
Proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable experience in HR or Employment Law. Comfortable working towards KPIs and SLA deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. What’s in it for You?
