HR Advisor
to join their HR team of 2. Working closely with the People Director, you will be the main contact for all the employees, they have around 60 employees. The role is hybrid; ideally, you will go into the office 1 to 2 days a week for inductions and team meetings. Hours are 9/5. 360 HR role , dealing with: Monthly payroll administration Recruitment Employee relations L&D planning HR projects The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent HR advisory, organisation & HR administration skills and have solid HR generalist experience: CIPD 5 level qualified IT skills
