Are you an HR Advisor with extensive experience across the entire employee lifecycle? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, Moxie People is proud to be supporting an organisation, based in Newport, as they look to hire a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity as a standalone HR professional to work closely with Directors to support the organisation (c. 80 headcount) and drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Role:

Full time, permanent The HR Advisor responsibilities will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy development. This will be an ideal role for you if you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy queries. Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, with a fair and practical approach. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law. Administer the performance review process and support learning and development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 qualified. Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Proven experience managing employee relations issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
