The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join our growing People Services Team. The role will be based in our Cardiff office with travel to Swansea too.


You'll work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways. You'll also work closely with the Head of HR Operations to implement the people plan for the region and the firm's HR strategy.


Our HR team are an integral part of recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our employees, throughout their career journey.


You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn, expand your knowledge and work on new and exciting things!


Skills and experience required

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
  • Employee Relation experience required.
