Grade 8 (SCP 30 – 34) £39,513 - £43,693 per annum (pro rata if part time and per length of fixed term contract) 37 hours per week Fixed Term Contract – 12 months Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Organisational Development Adviser to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's growth and development. You will support the delivery of the Councils’ Workforce Strategy including providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff, analysing HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements, and support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. The post holder should be CIPD qualified and have practical experience of dealing with a wide range of staffing issues including handling disciplinary, grievance, service reviews, TUPE matters, and recruitment issues.
