Our client, in the Stratford area is currently seeking a

full time permanent, Human Resources Assistant

to join their team. What You'll Be Doing:

Streamline Recruiting:

Manage job advertisements, review applications, interview candidates, and provide recommendations on hiring decisions. Your keen eye for talent will help us continue to grow a skilled team. Onboarding Excellence:

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by collecting and processing paperwork and assisting with training on policies and procedures. Payroll Support:

Work with the Payroll Administrator to input and review payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including processing commissions, bonuses, and pay changes. Employee Support:

Be the go-to person for employee questions related to ESA, leaves, Records of Employment, and absenteeism management. Provide the guidance our team needs to succeed. Data and Records Management:

Keep accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal laws. Your attention to detail ensures all information stays up-to-date. Collaborate and Innovate:

Assist with the preparation of performance reviews and help identify areas for improvement. Be a partner in driving the company’s growth and success! What We're Looking For:

Familiarity with employee policies, payroll, and provincial/federal employment laws (WSIB, ESA, CPP, EI, etc.). Tech-Savvy:
