My client is a successful food manufacturing business producing tasty award-winning food products for major retailers. The site is based in South Lincolnshire, commutable from Peterborough, Bourne, Stamford, Spalding, Boston, Skegness, and Spilsby. They are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the business in December or January 2025 to support them for a period of 9-12 months to cover maternity leave. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Benefits: Bonus Contributory pension 25 days holiday Free car parking This role requires a dynamic people partner, who is used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (ideally food) as there are around 600 employees on site, so it’s not for the faint-hearted. Responsibilities: Managing key stakeholders; Line Managers and Senior Leaders, playing a pivotal role in delivering the People Plan across the business Partnering with the Senior HRBP to identify, provide advice and actions to people challenges Collaborating with the Talent team to ensure business needs are met, as well as working closely with the Training team to upskill employees Managing disciplinary and grievances and working externally with trade unions and temporary labour providers Minimum Requirements: To apply, you must be an experienced HRBP who has worked in an FMCG environment, ideally Food.
