Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) is established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross-border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 10 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton and Stone. We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will play a critical part in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees Assist management in conflict resolution Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Have experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Location

The role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations, including Lichfield, Cannock, Stone, and Wolverhampton.
