Hospitality / Retail Are you an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking HR leader? Do you have experience working in the Retail/Hospitality industry? You'll support the Senior Team and advise the board just after lunch and then manage a complex ER issue just before tea. You'll get autonomy and you'll get to do all the lovely glossy stuff that every aspiring HR Director yearns to do. The Senior Team wants an operator's mindset, somebody that will think commercially and whom sees the HR function as being there to drive the business forward.
