As part of our commitment to fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of comprehensive HR support across our business units. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on HR professional who excels in partnering with senior leadership to drive people strategies, ensure legal compliance, and deliver exceptional HR services. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals, support organisational change, and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth agenda. Primary tasks: Strategic HR Leadership Leadership & Team Management Employee Relations (ER) Organisational Change & Transformation Policy Development & Compliance Employee Engagement HR Analytics & Insights Workforce Planning Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Experience and Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or 7 with significant HR management experience. Demonstrable experience in M&A, TUPE transfers, and organisational restructuring. Strong knowledge of employment law and redundancy processes. Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing HR teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical abilities with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
