We are looking for someone who is passionate, conscientious, caring and fun to be part of our forward-thinking HR team; if this sounds like you then carry on reading. We’ve tried to give you a good overview of the role but if you want to have a chat to see if it’s for you, please contact us on hradmin@possabilities.org.uk to arrange. You will be based at the Cherwell Centre in Heywood but you are more than welcome to get out and about and visit our other offices across the north west. We love having everyone together in our office as we think it’s a pretty special place, however we are happy for people to occasionally work from home if you would like to. We have a wellbeing garden and farm, so if you love animals, and working somewhere a bit different, then come and join us. Your role The role of People Experience Partner is a key role in our team. You will support the delivery of the new ambitious People Plan and its objectives to create a great place to work, ensuring everyone loves their job and can do their best work. You will also manage the HR operations, ensuring that the team delivers efficient HR support and advisory services to all areas of the organisation and partner our leaders to ensure we are delivering a great PossAbilities experience and everyone can do their best work. What we can offer you The salary for the role is £43,000 FTE/ £34,440 actual salary per annum. We will pay up to an additional 4% of your salary into a pension plan for you, which will grow every year until you retire. You’ll get twenty-four days paid holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays (pro-rata for part time) and an additional 3 days annual leave once you have been with us 5 years. We also offer an additional ‘Duvet Day’ for those who qualify. As an employee of PossAbilities you are able to book a break away at our holiday lodge at Ribby Hall (typically saving around 30% on a similar holiday) and you qualify for a Blue Light card and other discount cards that offers a wide range of discounts. We also love to have fun together and celebrate all the fantastic things our employees achieve through our annual awards night POSScars and monthly POSSitive nominations; as well as other social events throughout the year. Your team Your line manager will be our HR Director. Other members of our fab team include our Learning and Development Manager, Learning and Development Team Leader, two People Advisors and our People Coordinator. We work hard but have lots of fun together. Your hours This is a part-time role for 29.6 hours per week Monday to Friday. We are very flexible and the specific days and hours of work can be discussed at interview and we can look at what works best for you and the organisation. Seniority level
