Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven HR Partner to join their team. In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the Head of HR, providing crucial support. You’ll be at the forefront of key projects and initiatives, helping to shape and implement strategies that align with departmental goals. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to step into leadership by deputising for the Head of HR when needed. This is your chance to make a real impact


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR lead in advancing the workforce strategy, offering critical input when needed to ensure initiatives are effective and contribute to successful people partnering.
  • Deliver both strategic and hands-on support to assigned departments.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of organisational changes or restructures at various levels, providing guidance to managers on the wide-ranging human impact of proposed changes.
  • Recognise and address potential legal or political risks associated with people strategies, taking appropriate steps to mitigate them.
  • Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Support restructures and TUPE


Requirements –

  • CIPD Level 5 certification (or similar qualification).
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, consulting, and mediation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering expert HR guidance and support to both managers and employees.
