We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and solution-focused HR professional with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation. The HR Business Partnering team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abri’s entire geography. We’re responsible for delivering and optimising core HR processes by providing excellent customer service to our colleagues, supporting them across the full employee lifecycle. As our new HR Business Partner, you’ll work in partnership with senior leaders and managers to provide expert advice on the whole spectrum of Human Resources that align with our goals and values. You’ll provide strategic HR advice and support on workforce planning, organisational change, and employee engagement. Be the subject matter expert to support managers with employee relations cases that are potentially complex and sensitive in nature. No two days are the same, so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential, along with excellent administration, analytical, and organisational skills. Your primary place of work will be our Eastleigh office, and there will be a requirement to work between here and our Bracknell office. Occasional travel to our Yeovil office may also be required from time to time. The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification or be qualified by experience.
