Experience of delivering and/or managing the end-to-end employment cycle Managing employment relations issues such as grievances, investigations, disciplinary including note taking Delivering mid to large formal consultation processes such as redundancies At least 3 years working in a fast-paced commercial HR department Able to draft own letters and responses with minimal intervention Team player Suitable industries would be Dentistry, retail, hospitality, FMCG Involved in a HR change project Working with a bureau outsourced payroll provider Using HR metrics and data to support recommendations and guidance to the business Previous experience as a HR Assistant Please note this is an office-based role located in Pinner, Harrow, 5 days a week; may be open to compressed working pattern such as 4 days per week 8am-5.30pm.
