Collaborating closely with the Divisional Director, Divisional Manager, Divisional Nurse, and other key personnel, the individual in this role will oversee various aspects related to forward planning, modernisation, culture, engagement, motivation, and workforce performance. Additionally, they will instil excellent OD and HR practices and standards at an operational level, while enhancing HR management and leadership capabilities within the division. The HR and OD Business Partner will design and implement initiatives that directly contribute to the Trust's OD and Workforce Strategy, ultimately enhancing the overall performance of the Trust. A vital aspect of this role involves cultivating strong working relationships with senior and multi-professional staff, establishing a foundation of credibility and expertise in the application of strategic OD and HR practices. Qualifications and Skills & Knowledge
Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or equivalent HR or OD management qualification. Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Highly specialist knowledge of one or more HR topics acquired through degree and professional HR qualification plus additional training or equivalent experience to masters level or equivalent. Extensive senior workforce experience in advising senior managers on best practice HR approaches, particularly relating to change management. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
