Human Resources Business Partner
to join their growing team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR to support the Witham manufacturing site & North Essex based office - with a key focus on utilising excellent communication & interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Expectations of the successful Human Resources Business Partner:
Ideally hold CIPD level 3/5 minimum qualification & keen to invest in further studies Demonstrate clear ability to build relationships and handle sensitive issues with an empathetic approach & confidentiality Experience working on succession business planning & developing competency assessments Happy to travel on occasions to other sites Rewards for the successful Human Resources Business Partner:
