European Human Resources Director Activities: Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of all processes associated with ownership, management, and facilitation of European contracts of employment end to end. Define, source resolutions, and seek authorization where applicable. Maintain the essential fundamentals of each contract, checking data sources for complete accuracy. Update and own the process documentation. Coordinate and communicate with managers and employees. Maintain and update master documents and systems. Facilitate various contractual requirements, including agency, fixed term, permanent, and European contracts. Administer contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Study the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and industry regulations. Implement all contracts end to end in a timely manner. Maintain, update, and improve contractual records. Take responsibility for the facilitation and coordination of associated processes for new starters and leavers, including: Collecting data and organizing with internal departments. Contacting third-party suppliers dependent on the country. Monitoring the return of required documentation. Coordinating and communicating with managers and employees. Securely storing data. Managing fixed-term contract probation and contract end dates. Other duties: Administrative support to employee field queries. Health and Safety and Fire Safety requirements at our UK and Spanish offices. Monitor probation periods, immigration visa end dates, GDPR, and internal training requirements. Third-party supplier benefit schemes by country. Office coordination as required. Occasional event coordination. Data input for contract HR purposes. Occasional travel within the UK and Europe. Occasional holiday cover for administrative activities for the European Human Resources Director. Any other activities as required by the European Human Resources Director. Able to travel on an occasional basis. Licensed driver with access to a vehicle preferred. Experience of working in an HR or People-based role. Recognized qualification in HR. Experience of working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines. Experience of working in a digital/tech sector beneficial.
