We currently have an opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our People and Culture team. Based in our Administration office in Timaru, this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your HR journey by gaining experience across all HR functions. This role could be suitable if you have just finished your HR studies or have a few years' experience in the HR sector. Key focuses for this role will include: Coordinate core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, document and file management, offboarding. Provide day to day HR support to clinics and line managers. Support the wider HR team with recruitment, administrative tasks and inductions. Grow employee experience. To be successful in this role: You will have a passion for people and culture. You will have held a similar position and/or have a relevant qualification with a desire to use your skills and experience to increase your responsibility in a dynamic and growing business. You will be an excellent administrator and have great communication and people skills as well as having a structured and organised approach to your role. Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a strong preference to work as part of a team.
