OVERVIEW The HRIS specialist is part of the Human Resources (HR) department and works closely with the global HRIS team on day-to-day activities. This position is responsible for processing employee updates in Workday and complying with all legal requirements related to hiring, terminations, and departmental procedures including handling confidential personnel records. As an integral part of the department, this position will provide HRIS support and assist with generating headcount reports and assist day-to-day HRIS related queries. DESCRIPTION

Process day-to-day employee transactions including inputting/updating changes and maintaining data in Workday Assist with data entry and onboarding functions for new hires in Workday Assist with user issues and troubleshooting Assist with updating salary increases and process job changes in Workday Assist in training end users on new Workday features Process and review HRIS data for employees and organizational changes; investigate and resolve data integrity issues of HRIS systems Schedule and facilitate off-boarding of staff on both systems Design and distribute monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad-hoc reports Develop and execute audit queries for employee data and maintain HRIS data integrity Consult with users to develop an understanding of business needs and support those needs using Workday and other related systems and tools Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements Perform other special projects or duties when required Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficient in Excel Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies are vital Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with HRIS Workday or any other HRIS system preferred Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while always maintaining excellent service Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and all levels of employees through the organization REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent Experience with integrating systems preferred but not required 1-2 years of experience with HRIS Knowledge of Workday or any other HRIS System preferred Equal Opportunity Statement:
