HR Manager

£60-65k annual salary
HR Manager required to complete a 6 month contract for a national facilities management company. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week predominantly from the London City Head office with option to work across other sites in London zones 1-2.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the full HR cycle, supported by one HR Assistant
- Coaching and guidance to people managers
- Regular updates to C Suite
- Salary benchmarking
- Change management
- Recruitment and inductions
- Oversight of 3rd party payroll
- Employee relations and performance management
- Learning and development planning and delivery of training
- Occasional national travel
Desirable skills and experience:
- Full generalist remit
- Working in a standalone capacity or a small team
- Supporting an employee network with a high percentage of frontline customer service staff
- Understanding of multisite operations
- Able to deliver quick solutions
