As the Human Resources Manager, you will be pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while promoting an innovative approach to student accommodation. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Lead recruitment efforts, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires. Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff, addressing workplace concerns, promoting conflict resolution, and enhancing employee engagement. Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to provide regular feedback, support career development, and recognize achievements. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring staff are equipped to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Policy Development:

Craft and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company values and comply with legal regulations, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace. Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance while enhancing employee satisfaction. HR Analytics:

Utilize data to assess HR metrics, informing strategic decisions to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and overall employee experience. Cultural Development:

Champion initiatives that reinforce a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within the organization. Qualifications:

Work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a technology or student-focused environment. Strong knowledge of UK HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
