I am recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a GP as the Head of HR. The primary responsibilities include overseeing human resources operations on a daily basis, implementing effective human resources programs and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Align HR initiatives with overall business strategies to develop and execute successful HR strategies.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.

Develop, engage, motivate, and retain human capital to support current and future business needs.

Develop, monitor, and maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.

Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.

Identify training needs to implement and monitor training programs.

Provide decision support to management by reporting HR metrics.

Ensure that human resources management is legally compliant.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

A background in the NHS is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

CIPD Level 5 or 7 certification is required.

Proven HR management or executive experience.

In-depth knowledge of UK labour laws and HR best practices.

Relevant experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a GP Practice or similar environment.

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and human resource information systems.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
