Role Summary Reporting to the Vice-President of HR, you will act as the HR Site Manager for the facility departments. You will support the maintenance and implementation of HR programs, projects, processes, and policies of your business unit, understanding in depth their Talent and Growth development needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development and implementation of human resource plans and strategies and support to solidify an amazing organizational culture. How you can contribute: Provide coaching and support to staff and management on matters related to procedural and policies’ compliance, labor and employee relations, health and safety, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, total compensation, and organizational development. Work on overall HR projects and program's needs; planning and implementing projects for key initiatives, respecting timelines, and milestones. Partner with People Leaders and teams, focusing on management and leadership practices to further enhance employee engagement and enable the achievement of organizational goals. Act as a main lead on cases management of the facility groups. Follow medical leaves while updating and proving all documentation associated Participate in Committees, such as Health & Safety; French Language and Social Events, providing expert opinion and involvement, contributing to employee engagement and satisfaction Support the development and implementation of HR action plans, programs and/or ad-hoc projects, as per client group's needs, to ensure alignment and compatibility with overall business and HR strategies and objectives. Provide various reports demonstrating evolution of associated key performance indicators Research new trends and continuously provide ideas that can be implemented to enhance organizational performance. Maintain full access to the HRIS system, Benefits Portal to well maintain current employee data, to ensure accurate and timely updates to HR records. Act as Payroll backup when needed or Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed. You’re really good at:

Work well autonomously and collaboratively at various organizational hierarchy levels Things we hope you have:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or any other related discipline. CHRP would be considered an asset Minimum of 5 years of experience, developed in a generalist role in HR, ideally with Employee Relations specialization Past experience within Manufacturing, Pharma, CPG industries will be considered a strong asset Fluency in French and English (*EN is required to efficiently communicate with parent and sister companies, located in US and other provinces in Canada) Spanish will be considered an asset Must have experience in maintaining HR compliance related programs, such as Salary Equity, OLF, Bill 90 and/or Health and Safety.
