We are currently seeking a Human Resourcing Manager to join a reputable Academy Trust located in Salisbury. This position is a full-time, permanent role, requiring year-round commitment. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, comprising a total of 37 hours per week. The salary for this position ranges from £38,457 to £42,558, complemented by an appealing benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
Develop systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Organise and prioritise workload for self and team members.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and data protection principles.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience within an HR Department.
Managerial skills preferred.
Current membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and ideally qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 or willing to work towards it.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS, and other HR tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A fundamental aspect of this role involves ensuring that compliance and best practices are consistently upheld.
