Our Secondary School is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative Humanities / Geography Teacher to join a successful Humanities Faculty from September 2024. We welcome applications from ECTs as well as from experienced educators. Applicants MUST be a qualified Teacher and hold UK QTS! Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. All applicants must have a Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the British Department of Education. Your role as a Humanities / Geography Teacher will include but not be limited to: Humanities Teacher - Geography Specialism Teaching Geography to Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 Working as part of a fantastic Humanities Department! Full-time and permanent MPS 1 - UPS3 Borough of Enfield Great transport links PERSON SPECIFICATION:

The ideal candidate for this Humanities / Geography Teacher position will have the following: MUST HAVE UK QTS Outgoing, motivated and engaging Humanities / Geography Teacher Graded as a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Humanities / Geography Teacher in lesson observations. Strong academic background: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree Good understanding of the Teaching Standards required We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed. The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
