HGV Technician Earlies & Lates Rotating or Night Shift Available Benefits: Individual responsibility and lots of latitude. An excellent salary and employment package. Plenty of chances for further training and development. The Role: You'll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques. You'll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components. You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.). You'll provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians. You'll carry out final checks on work that has been completed. The Successful Individual: A completed secondary vocational education. A broad vehicle-related technical knowledge, preferably of DAF products. An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles. Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry.
