This role will involve managing a team of multi-skilled engineers, planning maintenance, supporting continuous improvement, coaching team members, and developing maintenance across the department to improve reliability and efficiencies. Package and Benefits: Up to £50000 Days - Monday to Friday Matched pension up to 10% Progression opportunities Life assurance Private Medical 24 days holiday Cycle to work scheme Critical cover Role & Responsibilities: Managing and coaching a team of multi-skilled engineers Working alongside the maintenance manager to plan maintenance activities (repairs and breakdowns) Training and development of staff and keeping skills up to date Supporting all continuous improvement objectives Managing and executing planned and unplanned maintenance activities Thorough record keeping of all maintenance/engineering tasks - SAP Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Manufacturing/FMCG industry experience HNC or a degree in engineering/related field 5 years or more experience within manufacturing or technical environments Electrical and mechanical engineering skills Experienced in man management Please contact Hermione Jones for more information.
