Branch Manager , you will oversee operations across three locations, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute business plans tailored to each location, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs. Revenue Growth:

Drive business development through geographical expansion, new service lines, and sales performance. Team Empowerment:

Recruit, train, and mentor Service Managers and Technicians to build a cohesive, high-performing team across all branches. Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets. Training & Development:

Lead comprehensive onboarding and training programs to enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and customer service excellence. Collaboration & Innovation:

Partner with the executive team to align branch operations with broader company objectives and best practices. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate? Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, or Home Improvement), with a proven track record in P&L management, team building, and customer service excellence. Leadership Skills: A passion for inspiring and developing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset. Business Acumen: Analytical expertise to interpret KPIs and formulate actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.
