HVAC Engineer Permanent South London 40,000pa - 45,000pa + Company Van + Benefits We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join a leading FM Contractor. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. HVAC Engineer Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and filters Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used HVAC Engineer Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficient in air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail HVAC Engineer Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance coverage Retirement plan options Paid time off for vacation and sick leave Ongoing training and professional development opportunities If you are a skilled HVAC Engineer looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
