Are you a qualified HVAC Engineer looking for a new challenge? This role would be based at a brand new office complex in Leeds, which is currently still in expansion. Benefits: Competitive salary up to £44,000 Free Parking Zero on call Dogs welcome in office Responsibilities: Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units. Complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales. Take part in other minor facilities duties (for example, hanging whiteboards, consulting on fitouts, etc). Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedure. Ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable. Attend training courses as necessary and ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments. Comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times. Ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained. Comply with any reasonable request or instruction from the line Manager and Senior Technician. Ensure all systems are working to optimum efficiency. Work to comply with company KPIs. Maintain and update the Asset database. Advise and coordinate Sub-Contractors on site. Ideal Candidate: HVAC or Air Conditioning Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent. F-gas certification. 18th edition (desirable). Experience of heating, ventilation, and gas systems within a facilities environment. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
