Job Description Our client, a leader in delivering M&E Services throughout the UK, is currently seeking a HVAC Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in Leicester. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of HVAC and building maintenance works, including carrying out reactive services, fault finding, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on various HVAC systems for our client's commercial and retail customers. You will initially work alongside an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer and operate within Leicester and surrounding areas. The probation period is 3 months, with ample opportunities for career progression within this global company. Key Responsibilities for HVAC Engineer Adjust BMS systems to resolve temperature control issues Perform installations, fault finding, servicing, and testing Complete mechanical maintenance tasks (motors, belts, valves, etc.) Work independently and take initiative when needed Exposure to M&E building services Excellent fault-finding skills Comfortable working at heights Engage with customers and stakeholders effectively Eager to develop skills and expertise Required Qualifications and Skills Full, current driving licence (ESSENTIAL) NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning F Gas 2079 qualification Experience in retail/commercial environments Excellent communication skills Desirable Qualifications and Skills Commercial gas background with refrigeration or AC experience BMS experience including testing and purging TCP1 and 1A C&G 2391 qualification If you are interested in the HVAC Engineer position or would like to learn more, please apply with your latest CV.
