Our Service team is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer, preferably with knowledge of Trend, Delta, Honeywell, Siemens, Tridium, or Johnson Controls. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC and controls/BMS systems, with strong IT skills for working on our Fan Coil Units. We are also open to candidates who are new to the HVAC or controls industry or looking to enhance their existing knowledge. Key Accountabilities:

Perform commissioning and maintenance of HVAC and ventilation systems to ensure equipment is safe for continued service using company-provided Delta Software. Diagnose faults and conduct repairs on Fan Coil Units. Carry out risk assessments and ensure safe working practices to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Maintain company-provided tools in good working order, ensuring they remain effective and suitable for use. Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance guidelines to ensure equipment compliance. Undertake tasks in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with management systems. Build strong customer relationships to promote customer-focused values. Represent the company when on-site, embodying our values and providing the link between customer and service department. Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in the HVAC industry. Full and valid driving license. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls wiring. Excellent diagnostic skills, both mechanically and electrically. NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical disciplines. A recognised accredited controls/BMS qualification. Experience with BACnet integration into LAN devices. IT literate with strong record-keeping skills. CSCS card. Satisfactory DBS check. Desirable Criteria:

18th Edition electrical qualification. Knowledge of mechanical building services. PASMA/IPAF qualifications. Competencies:

Strong planning and organisational skills to meet objectives. Customer-focused, driven to exceed expectations. Flexible and adaptable to change. Team player promoting positive communication and respect. Travel:
