We have an exciting new position for a HVAC Heating Engineer to join our strong & growing team. This position offers a varied and rewarding career for the right person. This is a mobile role covering a number of sites across the Southampton and surrounding areas, with some nights and early starts required.
The successful candidate will be expected to visit sites as directed by the central helpdesk to carry out a variety of works on the properties, as well as assist other technicians on more detailed fit-out or complex works. The candidate must be able to work well in a team as well as independently and have excellent communication skills.
You must be a self-starter and proactive in your approach to work, always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the company in the highest possible light.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems
WRAS water regulations certificate of competence
Part P Electrical
NVQ or equivalent qualification
Valid CPAI certificate of competence
Current ACS accreditation CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT1, MET1, CODC1 & TPCPIA
FGAS Qualification
You will also be expected to be part of a call-out rota, attending sites for emergency reactive works.
